Recently, Ruspolimet has been developing a new direction in the mechanical processing of ring products – the production of large-sized products for high-power gas turbine engines.

As part of the investment project "Organization of production of large-sized products for high-power gas turbine engines", turning and carousel machines with numerical control for machining large diameter rings are being installed on the premises of the machining shop (CMO). Currently, the project has reached the equator: since the beginning of this year, three pieces of equipment have been installed. In total, the project involves the supply of six machines to the production site of the workshop.

The project is planned until the end of this year.

- A team of qualified specialists has been assembled, who are involved in working on new turning and carousel machines. They all received special training. Modern units make it possible to unload the equipment park available in the workshop. The division is gradually increasing the volume of production of large-sized ring products made of heat-resistant alloys. The prospects for the development of the new direction are good," comments Sergey Malkov, head of the CMO.

On the eve of Russia Day, enterprises awarded with the Honorary Badge "For Success in Work" by Vladimir Putin's decree were awarded in Moscow. The staff of the metallurgical plant is noted for its great contribution to the development of the domestic industry and high production rates. The decree on the award was signed by the head of state on May 1, 2024.

"As a result of large-scale modernization, I believe we have created the best full-cycle production not only in Russia, but also in Europe, which provides metal products to such industries as the aviation industry, nuclear and general engineering. And we continue to develop. The plans include the creation of a new blacksmithing production, expansion of smelting, heat treatment, and fur processing capacities. The presidential award is a huge achievement of the entire team. Our factory has a long history and traditions. Many thanks to every employee, veterans who have made a great contribution to the development and life of our company," Maxim Klochai said.

A charity evening for high school students of the city of Kulebaki called "The Time of the Best" was held on May 24 at the Museum of History and Local Lore named after brothers Amanda and Gustav Struve. The name of the event, which brought together the best of the best students in grades 8-11 of secondary schools in the city and the district, speaks for itself. 90 of the most active students in education and sports were invited to take part in it. According to the guys, the evening, which lasted more than four hours, but flew by like an instant, was a success. In order for the atmosphere to be comfortable, the organizers tried very hard - they prepared an extensive entertainment and educational program with the presenter E.Stolnikova. Each participant was able to prove himself as much as possible. The guests of the event highly appreciated the live sound from the cover band "Mozart" (Nizhny Novgorod), delicious treats, pleasant surprises and gifts. Teaming up, the students took part in contests and battles for ingenuity and ingenuity with great interest, and performed interesting tasks. As a result, disco balls were presented to each participant of the three winning teams as a gift from the charity foundation.
