RUSPOLIMET HELD A LESSON AT THE FACTORY TODAY FOR 3RD YEAR STUDENTS OF THE KULEBAK METALLURGICAL COLLEGE SPECIALTY
"METAL SCIENCE AND HEAT TREATMENT OF METALS". This form of training has already become traditional. While studying at the enterprise, students get acquainted with the main
production processes of the enterprise, where they will soon have an internship, and in the future work. Today, students have clearly
studied the types of professional activities that correspond to their specialty-metal research in laboratories and heat treatment processes in the workshop. Future metallurgists-metal experts were able to ask questions to experienced professionals, learn important features of working on equipment, and already during the internship at RUSPOLIMET they will gain new skills and competencies in their
specialty. This approach to training allows you to prepare a college graduate who meets the requirements of the employer as much as possible. 

 "Basic capital" is an HR project of RUSPOLIMET,the main goal of which is to identify the best employees of the enterprise,
support them and create conditions for development.

 The HR Directorate has been implementing this project for the fourth year, and the new Core Capital team now includes 239
employees from the Production Directorate, Technical Directorate,and Chief Engineer's Office. Each of them chose two benefits that they will be able to receive
during 2025. This year, the most popular benefits among employees of Fixed Capital were a fuel card, a birthday present,
and compensation for vacation expenses. In April of this year, the selection process for "Fixed Capital" 2025/2026 will begin. Every employee who treats
their work responsibly, is highly efficient and engaged can apply for joining the new "Fixed Capital" of RUSPOLIMETEX. The selection criteria,
evaluation and procedure for forming the list of candidates for "Fixed Capital" can be found on the internal portal of the company.

whose work is related to caring for the sick and elderly. In the Kulebaksky residential home for the elderly and disabled, the staff does everything possible to
ensure that people live there comfortably. Whenever possible, Ruspolimet JSC provides the organization with comprehensive targeted assistance in the issues
of improvement and purchase of necessary household items. Every year after the end of a series of New Year's holidays - a long-awaited and fun time
of the year, congratulations and gifts that are welcome not only for children, but also for adults,The Council of Veterans of the metallurgical plant, on behalf of the company's management, gives
sweet gifts to residents of the Kulebaksky Boarding School for the Elderly and Disabled.

On the morning of January 17, on the eve of Epiphany Eve, a group consisting of the Chairman of the Board of Veterans
of JSC Ruspolimet Nikolay Alekseevich Mochalov, Honorary Veterans of Labor Tamara Anna Frolova, Galina Rodina and the correspondent of the newspaper
"Kirovets" came to the House of Mercy on a holiday visit. Despite the early hour, as usual, we were already eagerly awaited. People who live
in a boarding school by fate don't have much joy and positivity in their lives. Of course, I would like to note right away that they live in decent, comfortable conditions, receive
timely medical care, have everything they need for life and are surrounded by round-the-clock attention from the service staff. But the reality
is that few of them are visited by relatives, even if there are any, and acquaintances… People who live in residential homes are limited in communication, which is
why they are so happy to receive any attention. Our group visited some of the residents. 

 All the residents of the House of Mercy and its employees, with whom we had a chance to communicate on that bright day, met us in
a cheerful mood, wished well to the factory workers and the enterprise. It made my heart feel much lighter." Let it not be in our power to change the whole world. But to make it a little
kinder, to give people a little joy, is within the power of each of us.
