Getting to know your future employer early
helps students better understand their chosen profession and consciously pursue a college education.

Today, our company was visited by second -year students of the specialty "Metal processing" by pressure. When learning the blacksmith's profession
, it is important for children to get acquainted with real production from the first steps, see with their own eyes the main technological processes, the operation of equipment, and personally
get acquainted with real professionals in their field. The students were able to compare the processes of forging and rolling production in two RUSPOLIMET workshops,
to understand the features of free forging and radial forging. These college students are learning the first steps in their specialty, they will come to RUSPOLIMET more than once
, and in their senior years they will pass production internships and internships, gaining the necessary competencies for further work at our enterprise.

On the eve of New Year's holidays, many Nizhny Novgorod enterprises, including JSC Ruspolimet and
Grankom LLC, took part in the traditional charity event "Christmas Tree of Wishes". My business helps 52". The event was held by the regional center "My
Business" together with the Regional Ministry of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship in the technopark "Ankudinovka".

is growing every year. Over the past two years, the participants of the campaign have fulfilled the dreams of 74
children from different districts of the Nizhny Novgorod region. In 2024, representatives of 54 companies submitted applications, some of them removed more than one balloon from the Christmas tree,which means that no less than 60 children will have their wishes come true, " he said.

 The New Year is a time when everyone wants to become a participant in some wonderful and noble event. Especially
children with disabilities and children whose families are in a difficult life situation are waiting for a miracle. They literally count down the minutes and even seconds
until the most important night of the year. During the New Year holidays, thanks to the enterprises of the Ruspolimet Group of companies, the dreams of eight young Kulebachans came true.
The role of the good wizard was played by the General Director of Ruspolimet JSC M. V.Klochay and Director of Grankom LLC A. A. Maximov. The New Year's balloons that
were in their hands hid the dreams of Daria Rastunina, Anton Ivanov, Matvey Kalenov, Rostislav Lyubavin, Vladimir Naumov, Kirill Basov, Evgeny
Synkova and Maxim Sadkov. Despite their limited health opportunities, many children lead an active lifestyle, communicate with their peers, participate
in various cultural and sports events, study well, and travel with their parents.Each of them wrote a cherished wish on the magic ball: someone dreamed of
a trip to the Okeanis Water park, someone needed hockey skates or a guitar kit, some guys made a surprise gift. For them, the real
surprise was an easel-a sketch book with a set of paints and drawing paper,a multi-function color printer with a scanner, a digital piano,
and a projector lamp. For example, Anton Ivanov, a dreamy child, is helped to develop board games, he loves billiards, air hockey, and football very much, so
he made a transformer table that includes several games at once. 
Anton was personally presented with an exciting and useful gift by the General Director of Ruspolimet and
even played a game of table hockey with him. Maxim Viktorovich shook hands
with the young hockey player and wished him good health, good mood, kindness and happiness.

 - The New Year is a special time when children's dreams should be fulfilled. Ruspolimet has been participating in
the Christmas Tree of Wishes charity event for several years. Each of us can become a part of the New
Year's miracle. Even the most insignificant act will change the child's life for the better. Therefore, I was happy to remove some balloons from the Christmas tree and give the children gifts, " said

a programmer. During the most magical period of the year, I gave him a laptop that will help him develop his skills and fulfill his dream. From the bottom of my heart, I wish Ivan

The beginning of the year was truly joyful for several Kulebak boys and girls. And most importantly, the holiday instilled in the hearts of children and adults faith in kindness.
We will not notice how 365 days will fly by, and again all the children of our vast country will be waiting for the main wizard, ready to arrange fun, but he also needs our help. So let's give a fairy tale together  - always and everywhere! 

 This year, the first group
of students participating in the Experimental Groups project is completing their studies. During this time, they
have mastered several related competencies and completed additional courses from
the University's program. At the meeting, they summed up the interim results of their studies and discussed
possible options for obtaining higher education after college. 

In accordance with
the agreement signed between RUSPOLIMET, NSTU and the college, students of Experimental
Groups will be able to get a higher education in NSTU in the field of Metallurgy in
a shorter time. Thanks to this project, RUSPOLIMET will quickly get
new metallurgical engineers with the necessary competencies to join its team, and young
specialists will be able to start their professional career at our
enterprise earlier.
