On December 22, a meeting of the Staff of the Commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation on the formation of a methodology for forecasting personnel needs for industry was held.
The meeting was attended by government agencies in the field of labor, education, industry and enterprises from various regions of Russia. Ruspolimet acted as a representative of all industrial enterprises of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
HR Director N.N.Kubantseva shared Ruspolimet's experience in solving HR issues related to the formation of personnel needs for the short and long term, told about those projects that are being implemented at our enterprise to attract and retain staff, improve efficiency and productivity.
