The Plant Central Laboratory is coming to the end of the year with good results

Central Laboratory of Ruspolimet PJSC is greeting the new year, 2022, with good achievements. "The lengthy and resource-intensive project to modify the Quality Management System of the entire Plant Central Laboratory in compliance with the requirements of the interstate standard GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 has been completed," Vladimir Vladislavovich EREMENKO, Head of the Central Laboratory, shared this good news.

         – That is confirmed by the Accreditation Certificate in the Unified system of conformity assessment in the field of industrial, environmental, energy and construction safety, issued by the STC Industrial Safety JSC, continues V.V. Eremenko. – The plant's newspaper "Kirovets" has written about this accreditation before, but the official documentary confirmation has been received only recently. We have also successfully completed accreditation with the most authoritative in the Russian Federation and the Customs Union and the most complex accreditation body in terms of the inspection process: Federal Accreditation Service "Rosakkreditatsiya" (FAS).

         Preparations for this accreditation lasted more than a year, and the accreditation itself was outlined as a strategic objective for us, the work team of Plant Central Laboratory. So our team took it as a personal challenge and was able to prove that they were capable of overcoming it. It is for accreditation to the FAS that changes have been made to the structure and processes of the Plant Central Laboratory. It should be noted that a very few laboratories are willing to try their efforts with FAS and settle for accreditation with the bodies where the procedure is less time-consuming.

         Although we are not accredited by the FAS with many methods, the most important thing is that the FAS has confirmed that the Plant Central Laboratory system of work itself allows us to trust its results. Products released under the authority of this accreditation are of the highest quality.

         It is also worth noting that we do not plan to stop there. Our next steps will be to expand our FAS accreditation area and to reach an international level, namely by joining the ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation) system, and afterwhile the quality of tests performed by Plant Central Laboratory of Ruspolimet PJSC will be recognised not only within the Customs Union, but also worldwide.
